This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Crescent was a 32-gun, fifth rate, ship.

Originally French, captured Oct-1758 by HMS Torbay, 130ft 6in long, 36ft wide and of 731 tons builders measurement.

Sold 13-Jun-1777.

Won the Battle Honour: Martinique 1762.
