This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Terpsichore was a
2nd Class, cruiser. Built by Thompson of Clydebank, laid down 1889, launched 30-Oct-1890 and completed 1892. On completion remained at Chatham in reserve 1892-1901. Then to the Cape Station 1901-06. Back to the UK and reserve at Portsmouth 1906-07. Laid up 1907-13 and placed on the disposal list 1913. Sold 28-May-1914.
