This the second ship to carry the name HMS Terpsichore was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by Betts of Mistleythorn, launched 17-Dec-1785, 126ft long, 35ft wide and of 683 tons builders measurement.

Used as a receiving ship from 1818.

Broken up Nov-1830.

Won the Battle Honour: 'Mahonesa' 1796.
