This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Lark/Larke was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by Bird of Rotherhithe, launched 10-May-1762, 127ft long, 24ft 6in wide and of 680 tons builders measurement.

Burned at Rhode Island 07-Aug-1778 to avoid capture.
