This the tenth ship to carry the name HMS Lark/Larke was a Dapper Class, 2-gun, wooden screw gunboat.

Built at Deptford, laid down 05-Oct-1854, launched 15-Mar-1855 and completed 03-Apr-1855. Engined by Maudsley, Sons & Field.

Sold 18-Jul-1878.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1855.
