This the thirteenth ship to carry the name HMS Lark/Larke was a sail training ship.

Originally HMS Kingfisher a composite screw sloop. Built at Sheerness Dockyard, launched 16-Dec-1879, 170ft long, 36ft wide, and displacing 1,130 tons.

Renamed HMS Lark (training ship) 10-Nov-1892.

Renamed HMS Cruizer 18-May-1893.

Sold 1919.
