This the second ship to carry the name HMS Isis was a fourth rate, 50-gun, ship.

Built by Henniker on the River Medway, launched 19-Nov-1774, 146ft long, 41ft wide and of 1,051 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Sep-1810.

Won the Battle Honours: St. Lucia 1778, Sadras 1782, Providien 1782, Negapatam 1782, Trincomalee 1782, Camperdown 1797 and Copenhagen 1801.
