This the eighth HMS Grafton was the twelfth Type 23 Duke Class (1990)
frigate when she was commissioned 05-Nov-1994.
Built by Yarrow Shipbuilders on the Clyde laid down 13-May-1993, launched 05-Nov-1994 and commissioned 29-May-1997. Took part in the Trafalgar 200 Fleet Review. Sold to the Chilean Navy, 31-Mar-2006 and renamed Almirante Lynch.
