3rd Rate 70-gun 

    
This the second ship to carry the name HMS Grafton was a third rate, 70-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built by Swallow & Fowler, of Limehouse, launched 09-Aug-1709, 151ft long, 40ft 6in wide, and of 1,095 tons builders measurement (bm). 

Rebuilt at Woolwich Dockyard 1725 with an increased tonnage of 1,133 tons bm.

Broken up 1744.

Won the Battle Honour: Passero 1718.
