HMS Emerald (1876) (6th)

This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Emerald was a
12-gun, composite screw corvette. Built at Pembroke Dock, launched 18-Aug-1876, 220ft long, 40ft wide, and displacing 2,120 tons. Armed with 12 x 6pdr guns. Used as a powder hulk from 1898. Sold 10-Jul-1906.
