HMS Ariadne (1943) ML  (7th)

    
This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Ariadne was a minelayer.

Built by Stephen, launched 16-Feb-1943. 418ft long, 4-ft wide and displacing 2,650 tons. Armed with 4 x 4in and 4 x 40mm guns and 160 mines.

Broken up at Dalmuir and Troon Jun-1965.

Won the Battle Honour: Leyte Gulf 1944.
