This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Adventure was a fifth rate, 44-gun, ship.

Built by Perry of Blackwall, launched 19-Jul-1784, 140ft 6in long, 38ft 6in wide and of 896 tons builders measurement.

Used as a Troopship from Jul-1789, then for harbour service from Jun-1891.

Broken up at Sheerness Sep-1816.
