This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Tiger was a third rate,
74-gun, ship-of-the-line. Originally Spanish, captured 13-Aug-1762 at Havana, 169ft long, 51ft wide and of 1,886 tons builders measurement. Sold 10-Jun-1784.
