HMS Pomone (1899) CC  (4th)

     
This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Pomone was a 3rd Class, Protected Cruiser.

Built at Sheerness Dockyard, laid down 21-Dec-1896, launched 25-Nov-1897 and completed May-1899.

On completion went to the East Indies Station 1899-1904. Returned to the UK and was laid up 1904-10. Used for harbour service as Training Ship, Dartmouth 1910-20.
