This the second ship to carry the name HMS Majestic was a second rate, 80-gun, screw ship-of-the-line.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 01-Dec-1853 having spent twelve years on the stocks. 190ft long, 57ft wide and of 2,589 tons builders measurement.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Broken up at Plymouth 1868.

Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1854-55.
