This the first ship to carry the name HMS Imperieuse was originally French, captured 11-Oct-1793 off Spezia.

148ft 6in long, 39ft 6in wide and of 1,040 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Unite 03-Sep-1803.

Used for harbour service from 1832.

Broken up at Chatham Jan-1858.
