This the eleventh ship to carry the name HMS Fox was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by Parsons of Bursledon, launched 02-Jun-1780, 126ft long, 35ft 6in wide and of 697 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Apr-1816.

Won the Battle Honours: Genoa 1795, St. Vincent 1797 and Egypt 1801.
