This the fourteenth ship to carry the name HMS Eagle was a third rate, 74-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built by Pitcher of Northfleet, launched 27-Feb-1804, 174ft long, 48ft 6in wide and of 1,723 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to 50-guns Apr-1830.

Used as a training ship from Oct-1860.

Renamed HMS Eaglet 1918.

Lost by fire 1926.

Wreck sold 04-Jan-1927.
