This the thirteenth ship to carry the name HMS Eagle was a Gun-brig
armed with 12-guns. Originally the French ship Venteux captured 1803. 74ft long, 22ft wide and of 158 tons builders measurement. Renamed Eclipse 26-Aug-1803. Sold 07-Apr-1807.
