HMS Rainbow (1809) (5th)

This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Rainbow was a sixth
rate, 28-gun, ship. Originally French, captured 03-Jan-1809 by HMS Aimable in Texel. Of 587 tons builders measurement, armed with 20 x 32pdr, 6 x 18pdr carronades and 2 x 6pdr guns. Sold 23-May-1815.
