This the eighth ship to carry the name HMS Racehorse was a
torpedo boat
destroyer. Built by Hawthorn Leslie of Newcastle, laid down 23-Oct-1899, launched 08-Nov-1900, and completed Mar-1902 Spent her entire service life in UK waters. Sold 23-Mar-1920 and broken up at Milford Haven. Won the Battle Honour: Belgian Coast 1915-16.
