This the third ship to carry the name HMS Lively was a 6th rate, 20-gun, ship.

Built at Plymouth Dockyard, launched 28-May-1713, 95ft long, 26ft wide and of 279 tons builders measurement.

Broken up at Portsmouth Oct-1738.
