This the third ship to carry the name HMS Garland was a 30-gun, ship.

Originally HMS Grantham, built by Furzer of Southampton, launched 1654, 98ft 6in long, 25ft 6in wide and of 265 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Garland, 1660.

Converted to a fireship 1688.

Re-rated a 5th rate, ship, 1689

Sold 13-May-1698.

Won the Battle Honours: Lowestoft 1665 and Bugia 1671.
