This the second ship to carry the name HMS Yarmouth was a 70-gun, third rate, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Barrett of Harwich, launched 07-Jan-1695, 151ft long, 40ft wide and of 1,058 tons builders measurement (bm).

Rebuilt 1709 as 1,110 tons bm.

Hulked Nov-1740.

Sold 11-Sep-1769.

Won the Battle Honours: Gibraltar 1704, Velez Malaga 1704, Marbella 1705, Finisterre 1747 and Ushant 1747.
