This the eighth ship to carry the name HMS Unicorn was a fifth rate, 32-gun ship.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 12-Jul-1794, 135ft long, 36ft wide and of 791 tons builders measurement.

Broken up at Deptford Mar-1815.

Won the Battle Honours: 'Tribune' 1796 and Basque Roads 1809.
