This the second ship to carry the name HMS Success was a 24-gun, ship.

Originally HMS Bradford, built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 1658, and of 294 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Success 1660.

Wrecked 1680.

Won the Battle Honours: Lowestoft 1665, Sole Bay 1672 and Texel 1673.
