This the eleventh ship to carry the name HMS Star/Starr was the name
ship of a class of six torpedo boat destroyers. Built by palmer, laid down 23-Mar-1896, launched 11-Aug-1896 and completed Sep-1898. Except for a visit to Gibraltar in 1905 completed her entire service in home waters. Sold 10-Jun-1919 for breaking up.
