This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Scourge was a wooden paddle sloop

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 08-Nov-1844, 190ft long, 36ft wide and of 1,128 tons builders measurement.

Broken up 1865 at Charlton.
