Wooden Screw Gunboat 4-gun

    
This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Savage was an Albacore class, 4 gun, wooden screw gunboat.

Built by Mare of Blackwall, laid down 15-Aug-1855, launched 05-May-1856 and completed 13-Oct-1856.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Renamed YC 3, 1864 and used as a mooring lighter.

Broken up at Malta Sep-1888.
