This the eighth ship to carry the name HMS Plymouth was a yacht, originally named HMS Admiralty.

Built at Plymouth Dockyard, launched 28-May-1814, 69ft long, 20ft wide and of 115 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Plymouth Jul-1830.

Renamed YC1 and used for harbour service 1866.

Sold 10-May-1870.
