This the third ship to carry the name HMS Pique was a 36-gun, fifth rate, ship.

Built at Plymouth Dockyard, launched 21-Jul-1834, 160ft long, 49ft wide and of 1,633 tons builders measurement. Armed with 36 x 32pdr guns.

Used as a receiving ship from 1872, then a hospital hulk 30-Mar-1882.

Sold 12-Jul-1910.

Won the Battle Honours: Syria 1840 and China 1856-60.
