This the third ship to carry the name HMS Pallas was a troopship.

Originally HMS Minerva (1780) a fifth rate, 38-gun, ship, built at Woolwich Dockyard and launched 03-Jun-1780.

Renamed HMS Pallas 1798 and used as a troopship.

Broken up Mar-1803.

Won the Battle Honour: Egypt 1801.
