This the first ship to carry the name HMS Pallas was a fifth rate, 36-gun, ship.

Built by Wells of Deptford, launched 30-Aug-1757, 128ft 6in long, 36ft wide and of 728 tons builders measurement.

Run ashore 24-Mar-1783 at St. George's Island as unserviceable.
