This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Myrmidon was a
torpedo boat
destroyer. Built by Palmer, laid down 23-Oct-1899, launched 26-May-1900, and completed May-1901. Sank 26-Mar-1917 after a collision with SS Hamborn in the English Channel. Won the Battle Honour: Belgian Coast 1914-16.
