This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Melampus was a Medea Class destroyer.

Bought Aug-1914 as part of the 2nd Emergency War Programme from the Greek Navy while under construction by Fairfield.

Launched 16-Dec-1914 and commissioned 29-Jun-1915.

Sold 22-Sep-1921 and broken up in Germany..
