This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Leopard was a fourth rate, 54-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Swallow of Rotherhithe, launched 15-Mar-1703, 131ft long, 34ft 6in wide and of 683 tons builders measurement.

Rebuilt at Woolwich 1721 as 762 tons builders measurement.

Broken up 1739.

Won the Battle Honour: Marbella 1705.
