This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Jackal was one of
20 Acheron Class (1911)
destroyers. Built by Hawthorn Leslie, laid down 06-Oct-1910, launched 09-Sep-1911 and completed Jan-1912. Sold 28-Sep-1920. Won the Battle Honours: Heligoland 1914 and Dogger Bank 1915.
