This the second ship to carry the name HMS Inflexible was a third rate, 64-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built by Barnard of Harwich, launched 07-Mar-1780, 160ft long, 46ft wide and of 1,386 tons builders measurement.

Used as a store ship from Dec-1793, then a troopship Jul-1809.

Broken up 1820 at Halifax Nova Scotia.

Won the Battle Honour: Egypt 1801.
