This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Hyacinth was an
8-gun, composite screw corvette. Built at Devonport Dockyard, launched 20-Dec-1881, 200ft long, 38ft wide and displacing 1,420 tons. Armed with 8 x 6in guns. Sold 25-Aug-1902.
