This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Gurkha was a Type
81, Tribal Class frigate. Built by Thorneycroft, launched 10-Jul-1960. Appeared at the Silver Jubilee Review 1977. Sold to Indonesia Apr-1984, and renamed Wilhelmus Zakarias Yohannes. Paid off 2000.
