HMS Duncan (1804)  (1st)

This the first ship to carry the name HMS Duncan was a fifth rate, 38-gun, ship.

Built at Bombay Dockyard, as an Indiaman, launched 1804, 130ft long, 35ft wide and of 990 tons builders measurement. Bought 1804.

Renamed HMS Dover 1807.

Wrecked off Madras 02-May-1811.
