This the second ship to carry the name HMS Dublin was a third rate, 74-gun, ship.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 06-May-1757, 165ft long, 47ft wide and of 1,562 tons builders measurement.

Broken up 13-May-1784 at Plymouth.

Won the Battle Honours: Louisburg 1758, Quebec 1759, Martinique 1762 and Havana 1762.
