| This the eighth ship to carry the name HMS Delight was a 
		10-gun, Cherokee Class, brig-sloop. Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 10-May-1819, and of 237 tons builders measurement. Wrecked 23-Feb-1824 at Mauritius.
