This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Delight was a 16-gun, brig-sloop.

Built by Thorn of Framington, launched Jun-1806, 97ft long, 28ft wide and of 300 tons builders measurement.

Stranded on the coast of Calabria and captured 31-jan-1808 by the French.
