This the third ship to carry the name HMS Culloden was a 74-gun, third rate, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 18-May-1776, 170ft long, 47ft wide and of 1,659 tons builders measurement.

Wrecked at Long Island 23-Jan-1781.

Won the Battle Honour: St. Vincent 1780.
