This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Coventry was one of
the second batch of Type 22 (1979) Boxer Class Frigates. Built by Swan Hunter, launched 08-Apr-1986, commissioned 14-Oct-1988. Paid off 17-Jan-2002. Sold to Romania Dec-2002.
