This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Conqueror was a first rate, 101-gun, screw, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Devonport Dockyard, launched 02-May-1855, 240ft long, 55ft wide and of 3,225 tons builders measurement.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Wrecked 29-Dec-1861 ay Rum Cay, West Indies.
