This the second ship to carry the name HMS Ceres was a fifth
rate, 32-gun, ship. Built by Fearon & Webb of Liverpool, launched 19-Sep-1781. Used as a Slop ship from 1804. Broken up Mar-1830. Won the Battle Honour: Egypt 1801.
