Steel Screw Corvette 14-gun

    
This the second ship to carry the name HMS Canada was a 14-gun, steel screw corvette. Later re-rated as a third class cruiser.

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, laid down 07-Jul-1879,  launched 26-Aug-1881, and completed 01-May-1883.

Sold 10-May-1897 to Cohen of Blackwall.
