This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Brazen was one of
fourteen Type 22 (1979) Broadsword Class Frigates. Built by Yarrow, launched 04-Mar-1980, and commissioned 02-Jul-1982. Sold to the Brazilian Navy 31-Aug-1996 and renamed BNS Bosisio. Won the Battle Honour: Kuwait 1991.
